There may be additional fees for concession stands, field houses, plus any other costs to cover preparation and/or return the area to pre-event status. Costs will be outlined and become part of the lease prior to the event.
Click on "request rental" to create and submit an application for the Baseball + Softball Field. Keep in mind, you cannot request a date that is fewer than 30 days away, and requests are currently not being accepted for dates after 12/31/2025.
2. Wait for approval.
Please be patient while Montgomery staffers review the details of your application. They will contact you if they have any questions.
3. Review and accept the terms.
If your rental is approved, you will be notified and asked to review a formal rental agreement, complete with all pricing and terms. Once you accept the terms of the agreement, your rental is confirmed and you are set for your event.
